This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for sponsorship, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.  Venmo is also an option for payment.

The Waunakee Girls Lacrosse Booster Club would like to thank everyone who supports Waunakee Girls Lacrosse.  Without your support, much of what makes Waunakee Girls Lacrosse special would not be possible.  You and your business can help the club build on its growing success by becoming an official team supporter.  

The Waunakee Girls Lacrosse club was started in 2009.  Lacrosse, in general, in one of the fastest growing sports in the midwest and Waunakee girls lacrosse is no exception.

Your support will assist the Youth and High School Girls Lacrosse program to fund uniforms, equipment, special trips to tournaments and all associated expenses to help keep club fees at a reasonable level so many are able to participate. 

A gold sponsorship of $150 will place your logo and link to your website on our website.  We will also place your logo on the team posters.  The high school poster will be distributed around Waunakee and handed out at our youth night event where we have the varsity players sign the posters for the kids.
